Thank you for always treating Spikes and Lady with lots of tender love! They always looking good and surely feel good after there Spa day with you! They will be back soon!
Just wasn't impressed with the experience. Had to kennel our dogs there for a night. Ended up being 2 as they never mentiond if I collect them after a certain time a pay for 2 night. Also asked that my dog's nails get cut...simply never happened.
My dogs stayed for two nights and were also groomed on day of departure. They did an amazing job with the German Shepherd who really needed a long-overdue grooming! Thank you so much for excellent service
Muttley my maltese/cross was once again groomed yesterday. A fantastic job done! For 17 years now he has been going here for his grooming and we have never been disappointed. Well done team!
Our daschund stayed for a week and came back happy and in extremely good condition. He also has an issue with his eye and the drops I sent with him were administered daily as requested. Top service!
There is nothing pretentious about the kennels. The staff are genuine people, hard working and kind. The dogs are always excited to get there as they board for a few days when we are away. If the dogs are loved, and the dogs love being there, I can ask for nothing more.
Thanks to the team that looked after our dogs when we urgently needed kennels. They came back happy and rested and adpted quickly. Great Service
