I took my glasses into the branch because one of the temple arms was broken. The staff were incredibly friendly and assisted me immediately, even though I didn’t have a booking. They replaced both temple arms at no cost — I wasn’t charged for the parts or the labour, which was such a pleasant surprise! Max was amazing and even apologised for fitting funky yellow arms — which I absolutely love, by the way! 😄 I will definitely continue to support them. The staff are friendly, efficient, and provide excellent service.

What a kind and helpful team, Chris and Max! I had an issue with 2 x frames and thought of replacing them ... but good advice from both and practical adjustments by Max not only saved me money - I am also móre than happy with the fresh "fit" of both frames. Thanks, guys☘️☘️

The staff at specsavers is nice and I was helped by Mr Makapela for the alignment of my spectacles.

I made an appointment online. The day before the appointment I was asked via Whats App to confirm the appointment, on a link that takes you to their website. I was unable to confirm my appointment without consenting to accepting 3rd party advertising. I contacted the help centre and they did not even try to assist with an alternative. I actually had to cancel the booking because I refused to accept the terms.
