Planet Pet

Animals kept in horrible condition. I purchased a rabbit after seeing how sick she looked to try and save her life. She couldn't breath and was skin and bone. Took her to the vet, she was diagnosed with a lung infection, worms, coccidia etc. Now multiple injections and medications later she's starting to recover but still struggling to breath. Can't imagine her suffocating to death alone in a tiny cage. All so that they can sell bunnies with supposed rabbit cages and fill their own pockets. Deplorable behavior. I wouldn't support the pet shop or the affiliated nursery ever again.

I think the staff need to mind their manners a bit. There is a time & pace for fun & games. The coloured lady came by just as i was making my purchase and had this weird grin on her face which then led to the cashier assisting me wanting to laugh, the coloured lady then proceeded to laugh in a bit of a mocking way which made me feel I was the joke at the time. Even if the amusement was not about me, yall could have waited until I was gone. I just feel this was very childish & unprofessional behavior.

This pet shop should be banned from having Bunnies for sale. The Bunnies are neglected and in need of medical attention. These are living breathing creatures and need to be treated with respect and care and not just for monetary gain.

Such an awesome pet place with very friendly staff. The lady who answered the phone had the most lovely demeanor and really made me feel like an appreciated customer.

Lovely and down to earth staff. Quality live food for exotic pets and accessories and great boarding facilities. Happily recommend

Awesome petshop, and they offer boarding for reptiles that we used in December and our reptiles were looked after so well, Planet Pet even helped our one Chameleon by providing a scratch box when they noticed she is ready to lay eggs. 10/10 service.

Such friendly and helpfull staff. Always a pleasure dealing with them xxx
