I have spent R1600 at this store, just having moved to a Malanshof, the carrier which I could not see the outrageous price of from it being 3 metres above me in the store, now is not refundable despite not having used it visibly it being in completely perfect condition. The best part is that at the point of sale on the 31 of May, this was not mentioned at any point in time, the pathetic sales team did not mention that not one item from this store is refundable. I spent up to R2000 on my cats ons a monthly basis and will NEVER shop at cat box again. On top of the fact that this ridiculous non-refundable policy is not verbally expressed at ANY point during sale it is literally the 10pt fine print on-top of the cage which is not pointed out or highlighted in any way. Cat Box is the worst store I have ever visited for my cats, would not recommend over my dead body.
