The Royal Pooch And Co

Royal Pooch Kingfisher Dr We took our girl for her first grooming after finding matted patches when bathing her this past weekend. The team at Royal Pooch were amazing, friendly, efficient and our girl looks cuter than her normal cute 😁 We're very with the service, will definitely be back - if you're uncertainty about where to take your fur baby for a professional groom - I highly recommend Royal Pooch.

10/10 Renee did such an awesome job of my doggo! I know my dog can be a little fussy but it was truly no challenge for this team! Thank you so much! You are awesome. Would totally recommend the full "spa" treatment. (Wash, cut, nails, ears, teeth)

I have always been bringing my puppy for grooming and you guys are amazing with him, he is always fresh and clean

Im so happy with The Royal Pooch, friendly and welcoming staff, my fur baby was comfortable and we got exactly what we asked for, definitely the best dog groomers by far!!! Thank you Royal Pooch!!!

I have used many mobile pet groomers and They Roya Pooch are the best by far. Friendlly staff. And they were absolutely caring and gentle with both my fur babies. They bathed, clipped their nails, brushed their teeth, gave them a summer cut, perfumed my fur babies and even threw in bandanas for my babies. Excellent service and will definitely be using The Royal Pooch again. Highly recommend.

Quite a shocking experience. I took my cat in for a standard grooming service ie. A bath, brush out and nail trimming. After half an hour I recieved a call telling me I could come and pick up my cat. I was quite surprised it was done so quickly. When I went in to fetch him I was told they usually don't do cats on Saturdays and that they did it quickly since there would be a lot of dogs later on. When I got home I found out they had given my cat a dry shampoo bath. I noticed powder all over him and just an overall strong smell of powder. I wasn't really happy with that since they give the impression that a standard grooming service involves bathing the cat in water. If that isn't standard it would be nice to see that clearly mentioned on the website. But I found out later on that the powder is supposed to be brushed out and should not be left on the cat. Which means they only applied the powder to him but didn't brush him at all. I find this very unprofessional and will definitely not recommend the royal pooch when it comes to cat grooming.

Shop: @ Emporium CapeTown We took our 2 boys for haircuts for the first time with our new pooch hairdresser. She was friendly and professional. She got Ezras mullet perfectly. Mickey has wart issues and she did a good job navigating those. All in all. Good job. Keep it up!
