ePetStore has been a lifesaver for my forgetfulness! I ordered on Friday and my delivery arrived on Monday, just in time as the previous dog food bag had run out. The service is consistently excellent. I’d give 10 stars if I could! Thank you also for the Carrot vouchers, such a lovely bonus, much appreciated.

UPDATE - Within minutes, I received a WhatsApp from Mel at ePETstore that she has followed up with courier management to ensure that I receive my order. She made sure to keep me posted, and she made sure that my order was delivered without further delay. I even received a call from courier management apologising for the inconvenience. With each order, I received a handwritten note and the correct products, so their customer service is excellent, and I love that Payflex is an option at checkout, but they are using a courier company with a rating of 1.15/5 on Hello Peter. Yesterday, I received an SMS from the courier company that my parcel was out for delivery. There was only enough dry cat food in the house for the entire day yesterday, but it was not a problem as I was expecting my order by 17:00. When 18:00 came, I had not received my order, and there was no update from the driver, so I had to drive to another pet store to purchase dry cat food. I had to spend money that was not budgeted for because of the lack of service from the courier company. The update from the couriers is that it will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery, with no reason as to why it was not delivered in the first place.

Fantastic online furbaby store. Product variety and availability, fast delivery and the personal touch that one misses when ordering online. Also do not get bombarded with emails. Highly recommended.

On 28 November 2025 an order was placed. Every time this is followed up, there are excuses. "He could not find the address" - requested the date he was at the estate gate to confirm he was denied entry via the cameras. No feedback. "He could not reach you on your number" - requested screenshots of the calls from his call log. No feedback. Each time I request feedback, "I will follow up with Fast Couriers". NOT ACCEPTABLE!
