I purchased online and the wrong product was delivered via courier. I have been trying for 3 days to get it swopped for the correct it. No-one answers the calls, messages. I was told eventually that it would be swopped and now trying to follow up with NO feedback or results. I am very disappointed in the poor service. Wont be using this company again. Still want the correct item I ordered or a full refund!!!
Unfortunately nobody at Pets You Love answers emails or any phone calls. I experienced a very poor customer service after enquiring on their "Contact us" page, their email addres as well as a whatsapp number.
This is the worst place to buy online no-one will answer mails or whatsapp. Will not recommend this site at all.
