I had such a wonderful experience at this dog parlor! The service was incredibly fast and efficient, but what really stood out was how caring and kind the groomer was. My dog struggles with separation anxiety, and they kindly allowed me to stay with him the entire time to help keep him calm and comfortable. They handled him so gently and professionally, and he looked great afterwards! I truly appreciate the patience and care shown to both of us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring groomer.

truly disappointed and hurt by the service i received 💔 i really really trusted them with my poor old baby. only God knows what happened in the truck as they wanted the doors closed ! i was is hospital recovering from surgery, so my parents were here. i truly had so much faith in them as they’re a big company and i saw many good reviews. he came out with soooooo many injuries and looked absolutely traumatised afterwards. both his eyes were bloodshot, his tooth a bit crooked and one of his nipples cut 💔 will never book again ! 💔 EDIT : in response to owners reply - this is definitely NOT A FAKE ACCOUNT. this service did take place. i get that you guys are a small family owned company but you guys are well recognised and have ample reviews, which is why i referred to you guys as a big company.

Kobe is usually very apprehensive with strangers,but the team was calm with him,encouraging a warm interaction with him. The timing was perfect,as he usually naps after 12. Thank you to the team for doing a wonderful job with grooming.

Very happy! Karel was fast to respond and organise. The team were friendly and professional. Very convenient to have it done at home. Doggies look great!

Michal (1st groomer) was good with my baby Leo (scissor cut). After they left, I saw that Storm my other puppy had been shaved too close to his skin and was grazed in quite a few areas and was sliding on his bum. He was also cut on his just below his left eye and there was swelling. Catherine, the 2nd groomer was responsible for this (shaver). The booking system was efficient and I got a date two days after contacting them. I am hesitant to use their services future given the negligence on Storm.
