Universal Pets Shop

Customer service from Damian is legit the best you will ever receive at a pet shop, he guided me and my family with a decision for a snake for my son. He is very friendly and super knowledgeable. People like him don’t come around often. The pet shop is great!

I give this shop a 3 star review because I was not there a lot yet but The place are a little small but the service are nice and they have nice animals and food there. Safe parking and they deliver as well. They also buying animals. Nice shop

Well stocked and very reasonable prices. My dealings with staff have been friendly and they are very helpful. Best pet shop in terms of available stock for all types of animals. The shop is neatly laid out and products are of good quality. I saved a substantial amount of money by buying my monthly pet supplies here thus i definitely recommend a visit.

This people are misleading everyone by saying that Tropical algea eating fish will live in cold water with gold fish, bought an algea fish there and the next day the fish was dead because of wrong information, as it seems this pet shop just want to make 💰 Please stay away from this pet shop they are selling sick animals, you are going to waist your money at this pet shop all their fish are sick, if you going to buy fish from them your healthy fish at your home will die if you add this pet shops fish with your fish, Please stay away !!!!

The manage and staff are so helpful and kind. We only buy out pet products from them.
