ALL ABOUT ANIMALS Heritage square

I've bought a couple fish at this shop and all of them have died and I know it's not my water because the fish I bought at other pet shops are all doing perfect. I bought a koi fish about 6 months ago and it died within a month so I thought it was just that fish but then I bought a gold fish and another koi fish 2 weeks ago and the gold fish died. Not a good thing for a pet shop to sell sick animals.

Walked in the shop as I always buy my dogfood from Melisa as she's always friendly and willing to assist. She always ask's about my animals and she shows interest and she always makes me laugh, it's a big contrast to the service in most other pets stores. Now I'm told that they've moved her and the lady at the counter to the other branch which is ridiculous honestly. We go there because we have grown to know and love them. New girls are very unknolewledgable and the new fish guy seems lost😳. The previous team who worked at the branch always asked if I needed anything; up selling the awesome products the store holds, where the new people just want you to buy your things and get out. I honestly don't think that they made the best choice moving good people.

Staff are very unfriendly here. A HUGE contrast to the consistent, fantastic experience received at the Valleyview store
