A good shop to buy,any problem go exchange or refund so I like it so much

I’ve waited for 2 hours in the store to collect my laybuy which I was rashed to pay it because they say "they don’t keep the fridge in the store because they steal them" I paid everything when is time to collect I had to wait another 1 hour because the guy called Malays was the one who supposed to help me and he saw that they are busy with my order he went out to take lunch they called him in front of me but he said "they can wait" while I’ve been waiting for 2 hours I must wait again for Mr Mahlatsi who was rushing me to pay everything stood there the service was poor didn’t expect such thing from game

I bought Ryoby chain saw never started, has 2 years guarantee but it seems like the word guarantee means nothing to your staff.

I love the idea that if I happen to forget something in Polokwane,Game in Mall at Lebowakgomo is on my way back home to gaMasemola and I can just pop in for extra shopping hassle free...the mall is well located

Very poor service received. No cashier at hi tech department. I received a very poor service from Marothi Lebepe who advised that there are no cashier's available as they all resigned by the Hi Tech department.

This is the worst Game store in the whole country Having stayed in multiple provinces , Gauteng , Mpumalanga , Kwa Zulu Natal Ive always preferred game But damit , ive never come to this game store and received proper service The customer service is pathetic, almost non existent I can give you a detailed month to month incident report , ( with game staff members , as witnesses ) of the appalling, insultive , undermining , pathetic , horrible service this store and its workers offer Game South Africa Save your reputation from these people , who see this store as a place where they just come to wind the clock and get paid You've already closed alot of stores, stores that are still operating , should do so with utmost diligence, competence and regard for customer service and sales targets Otherwise, close , and allow Makro to serve us

I normally don't shop at Game store but today I did and I enjoyed myself. Their apples are fresh and crispy. It's was a wonderful experience to do my shopping at Game. Everything is well placed and the tellers are always smiling.
