Went to buy a cooler box just to be informed that there is a different price between the orange and blue coolbox, same make, same size. Phoned different stores and has been informed that the color does not make any difference. The manager of Phalaborwa was so rude
Bad shopping experience at this GAME 27/07/2024 Till #1 @12h30. Items clearly marked down on the shelf didn't reflect the correct price at the till point. If you have time to print out a sale poster, you have time to adjust the price accordingly. I had to verify that the wrong price was rung up and then the frustration started. A supervisor was not at hand to deal with this variance, I had to insist on having my issue dealt with 3 times, all while the teller started running up other customers with me standing there waiting. Highly unprofessional, and extremely rude.
The service is pathetic, and no one answering their landline.how do you want to do business this way
This is a big brand.Everything you want is there,like groceries,clothes,equipment etc.They even gives you a chance to open a Game store card.
Do not be expecting help from staff, if you do get someone they take more than 30min to go find out of they do have stock. Other staff so busy with marking down items to shop for themselves they not intrested to assist. Then you get to the pay point and it's even slower its like to have to beg game staff just to do their jobs.
Slow service , no assistance with helping customers. Rude and will never suggest people to come here
