Marine Way Animal Hospital

Called in For a life threatening emergency for my dog. The vet who answered was rude and unhelpful. Explained I was in knysna from out of town all the vet around me were closed and got met with ‘what’s wrong with your vets in knysna" Don’t be a vet if you don’t care about animals.

The Marine Way Animal Hospital are exceptional. My back was severely damaged at the Mall with a Mop. Bedridden ...my Son is training a gifted dog for protection. They assisted me in her operation as a decent affordable rate as I am not generating money. My business in storage since. I am humbly grateful. Nala is doing well. Marine Way Staff are always so kind and welcoming. Answer all your questions in a calm respectful way no matter how many times one asks. Their advice always works out. They are all true lovers of our fur baby's. Thank you Sincerely

Peter has been wonderful in treating my dog, I am forever grateful for him. It is wonderful to have a Dr who will see your pet when needed and take the time to come to a diagnosis. Thank you Peter for you assistance with Sally.

I moved to Plettenberg Bay from Cape Town and have never met a Vet like Dr Pete. He is such a blessing and so loving and compassionate with our animal children. My cats adore him! To Pete, Tanya, Marli and Jolene. Thank you so much for everything. You guys are the best and we are so thankfull to have you all here in our town.

We had to take our pet to a veterinarian while on holiday in Plettenberg Bay. We were very satisfied with how they treated our pet. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and Peter gave us good advice and treated our pet with care. I recommend this animal hospital as a choice when your pet needs medical care. There is also a pet parlor on the premises and they sell various kinds of pet treats, food and accessories.

To the vet who was on emergency duty yesterday: if you're not prepared to be on duty for emergencies and would prefer your warm bed when an animal needs you during the night, then you should not put yourself on duty. "Human nature" as you pointed out, has nothing to do with an emergency, in fact the reason it's called an emergency is exactly because it presents itself when we don't expect it, and we don't plan for being faced with it during "human" office hrs. I sincerely hope that I will Never need to call on you, not while you have this attitude. And BTW, you CHARGE EXTRA for being called out of your warm bed, you're not doing anyone a favor!
