The entire process was seamless from start to finish — there were no issues whatsoever and everything ran smoothly. I can't thank AeroPets Worldwide enough for helping me bring my two Yorkies safely from South Africa to the UK. From start to finish they treated the whole process with such care, making it feel far less stressful than I imagined. Kirsten in particular was incredible-she kept me updated every step of the way and really helped calm my worried, paranoid self. The team clearly love what they do and it shows. Our 2 cats Lexi and Da Bizzness travelled from Johannesburg to Amsterdam last week. I just want to thank Aeropets Worldwide for all the assistance in making this experience less stressful. I just want to give a big thanks to Kirsten and the Aeropets team! Our cat Pieter arrived safely in Hong Kong yesterday and has settled in well at the quarantine centre. They worked seamlessly with Ferndale Kennels to ensure the process is stress free and efficient. Thank you again for doing such an incredible job and for all the support! I am sure Pieter will enjoy her (yes she has a boy name) time here in Hong Kong now that she is finally with us again.

Traveling to Thailand from South Africa was an extremely stressful time for my husband and I. We enquired with several agencies, and received several quotes. Aeropets from the outset advised us that they do not operate in Cape Town due to the logistics. However, after having dealt with the other agencies, we still felt most comfortable with Aeropets, even if they weren't the cheapest (also not the most expensive), and adjusted our plans accordingly so that our 2 Pekingese dogs could fly from Johannesburg as we felt they will be in good hands. Kirsten assisted us from beginning to end, and ensured us that they will do everything to make this as comfortable and less stressful as possible (she even entertained my crying over the phone). When we sent our crate measurements, Kirsten immediately noticed that our measurements were out due to the breed and average Pekingese sizes, and sent us instructions on how to better measure our dogs - just another indication that they know what they are doing. Kirsten always responded timeously to our emails and WhatsApp messages, answered all our questions and concerns, and assisted us with the paperwork by sending pre-completed documents. She liaised with our import agent so that everything would go smoothly on our dogs' arrival in Thailand. Although, and naturally so, we were still anxious (me mostly), we trusted the process. Our dogs were collected at the agreed time, we received videos and photos of their short stay at the kennels prior to their departure. We honestly couldn't have made a better choice of agent, and we highly recommend their services. Thank you to Kirsten and the rest of the Aeropets team for all your assistance in getting our babies to Thailand safely. We are forever grateful!

We recently moved from Spain to South Africa and it goes without saying that bringing your pets with is stressful! Aeropets definitely helped ease the move for our two cats and offered us great reassurance! Paula and her team did an amazing job helping us with the import permits and custom clearance for Brandy and Yuna - explaining each step to us along the way.
