Great loyalty card.... would be great to utilize as each block accounts for a R150 sale. However I purchased dog food for over R500..and told it was only one purchase of R150. If this is the way you do marketing to attract customers, I will never come back...considering I have being a customer for many years. Will appreciate a responce to this ...
I’ve been there twice to buy crickets for my gecko, each time the woman there has a condescending tone, it’s just a very uncomfortable in there, my partner and I walked in together , I was shopping for my gecko and my partner for the dogs, she very rudely and abruptly asked my partner can I help you, are you two together. Like I had to be glued to him in the shop otherwise what we are suspicious? Anyway we both felt like she was acting like we would steal, Also the way they gawk at you while looking around. She also speaks to the other staff in a very rude manner, all round extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Helpful staff and 1 stop shop for everything it seems
I have been a loyal customer for MANY years. Lovely staff and well stocked store. Fortunately the owner is seldom there as on the occasions that I have dealt with her she was rude, dismissive and thoroughly unpleasant. I have continued going to the store because of the staff. Now however the prices of dog food is too high. I have now changed to a competitor that is more cost effective and the owner is a pleasure. I anticipate that I will now be attacked for my review as per the response from the owner to every negative review.
The service was exceptional and high quality
Was just there, the white guy and the lady was racist giving us looks just because we are Asian , giving us looks almost as if we are homeless , if they’re unhappy that we were eating ice cream in the shop, yall can just tell us instead of yapping behind us, nice cat litter though , nice supplies, but horrible staff. I do not like that white guy and don’t come and call me racist coz I’m white too
