I am shocked with how bad the service has gone. My sister and I decided to come look at smart watches and she found one she really liked. When we asked Whats the process of getting the watch the guy looks once and tells us they don’t have it and walks away? I don’t understand why you would have a watch on display with a price but you don’t even keep stock of it? And then be so rude and not assist in any other way?? Only 2 stars because the security in front are always the sweetest. But really? Might as well order online.

The service I received from the manager, Zakele, at this store was very disappointing. He attempted to price-match a product for me but was unable to log into his computer after two attempts at entering his password. Once he eventually logged in on the third attempt, he started doing something else on the computer instead of assisting me. After waiting, I told him that I would rather purchase the product from the store offering it at a lower price. His response was simply, "Okay," with no effort to assist further or try to retain the sale. My questions to Game are: • Is this the level of service we should expect from a store manager? • Do you offer a price-matching policy? • Is it acceptable to turn away a sale so easily?

Today I went to the Game store for exchange, just as I entered the store I was met by Caroline an employee of the store - oh what a pleasure. Immediately she assisted me, with so much professionalism and high level of customer service.. Just this simple act really set off my day with so much warmth and happiness. Keep it up Caroline, even God saw your humility and dedication, you will be greatly rewarded!!!

My 86 year old mother bought a Verimak product from Game Cresta. Upon trying it at home realised the unit was broken. Returned the unit only to be told by the Verimark manager Bongani that they can’t process a return as we had it longer that 14 days (the transaction was 15 days ago). Despite showing the Game return staff the transaction on the Standard bank Debit card transaction on the phone the refused to reprint the slip as to progress on the transaction. Even the Game manager declined to step in and stated that it is not their policy to reproduce slips despite been given the electronic audit trail to enable them to recall the transaction Way to go Verimark /Game

I wish there was a zero star option for this store ,their TV section sales people are very rude and have the worst service ever. I do not see myself going to that store ever again . It's like they are forced to work -
