Pets Paraphernalia

Supporting local matters 🤍 For over 15 years, Pets Paraphernalia in Parkhurst has been the go-to for everything pets could ever need. Ingrid, the owner, truly adores animals - and it shows in everything she does. Nothing is ever too much of an ask; if there’s a special product you’re looking for, she’ll happily order and stock it just for you. Yes, other brands and big stores may be convenient, but supporting this store means supporting a woman who pours her heart into her business and makes every customer feel like family. Pop into her store or give Ingrid a call to arrange a special order - you and your pets will be so glad you did 🐾💜

The owner is so amazing! You can really tell she loves what she is doing (she does her job with so much passion). She helps us out with all our animals so well! She is honest and always only cares about the animal’s health and safety.. we only support her for she is so incredible! Wish I could give her more than 5 stars 🥹❤️

Nice place to get pet's stuff, great location for a stroll. Carol is the sweetest!

When everyone else said "no, it cannot be done", Ingrid made it happen! Moving is stressful and shipping our large Bouvier makes it even more so. We urgently needed a giant sized Sky Kennel and the whole of Cape Town (and the rest of SA) kept giving me a resounding "no". I contacted Pets Paraphernalia and within a week a beautifully packaged Sky Kennel arrived at our doorstep. I can definitely recommend Ingrid for a more personal experience in times where impersonal online service is the standard. Thank you again for the great service. We appreciate it very much.

This shop is the most Amazing outlet for your Furry Friends. If they dont have it they will try to get it for you. I love this shop and Ingrid is so helpful.

What a great shop. Super helpful and welcoming

Ingrid is simply the best. She takes the time to really understand your personal needs and provides a solution specific to you. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The products are of great quality and variety. My dog loves visiting as well as she spoils him with treats.
