We bought two Long-Fur Fluffy Flokati Large 90cm IREMIA Dog Beds with matching blankets for our dogs this winter, and they absolutely love them! 🐶 The beds are anti-anxiety, as advertised, and my dogs especially enjoy resting their heads on the round side parts. The quality is amazing – so soft and fluffy! It's also great that the covers are removable and easy to wash. Honestly, it was worth the money, and we even got a discount when buying two beds.

I recently lost a fur baby and my Malinois her best friend. She displayed some anxiety and when I got her the Iremia bed she immediately took to it and relaxed. I ordered this for her birthday and after contacting them, asking if they could maybe speed the delivery up after I explained the situation, they delivered her bed the next day. Thank you for the great service and great product.

Quality products and quick delivery. Most importantly my baby loves his bed. It's so soft and fluffy, he won't sleep on any other bed but his flokati bed. He is so relaxed and calm when in his bed. Best bed ever.

I placed my order on 13 August and was informed there was a backlog, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 weeks. It has now been 4 weeks, and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve sent several emails and tried calling the provided number, but it only goes to voicemail. At this point, I would appreciate clear communication from the company—either an update on when I can expect my order, or a prompt refund. Customers need a reliable way to reach you, and I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible. Update: The business owners stated that my emails were responded to, but this is unfortunately not the case. I sent emails on 2, 5, and 8 September with no reply. I eventually resorted to using the website contact form. I then followed up regarding my refund on 9, 11, 12, and 15 September. I completely understand the need to protect your brand and reassure potential customers of good service. However, in this instance, honesty would go much further—acknowledging that communication slipped and that the situation was eventually corrected (though only weeks later) would reflect far better on the business than denying what happened.

My 3 dogs are finally happy , from the smallest to the largest they all now sleep in a large flokati bed with an own blanket. It took me a while to figure out that they feel jealous of the biggest bed😜 I am very happy with the 4.0 bed although they are still very thin and close to the floor if it’s cold. I added the inners from all the 3.0 previous beds and made a "7.0" bed for all. Might I suggest that you sell various covers and inners for the future as this is becoming an expensive hobby😏

This was by far thee best purchase ever, we have 2 adopted fur babies a German shepherd mix and Siberian husky mix it fits them perfectly and we can lay with them in it as well, even though they not happy with us laying it! The quality is phenomenal and easy to wash, so plush and luxurious, super soft, a great buy for sure and a bonus we got both on sale, definitely recommend it, our babies are obsessed with their beds

Well, we started off with one bed for Ozzie (Cream Terrier), then borrowed by Zac the Spaniel, then borrowed by Max the retriever with corgi legs, sadly little Monty still waiting for a look in.....could be another bed needed ??. Great service from Pets Plantet SA, thank you from us all
