Silkworm Shop

We have just received our order. As always, your service is exceptional and fast. Website is easy to use. When my partner phoned to ask if the order would be here before the start of the holidays, Kevin was super helpful and made sure our order went out the same day. The super worms arrived in excellent condition and well packaged. Prices are very good. We always like when companies use The Courier Guy for delivery, as their service is always reliable, fast and friendly. Would highly recommend The Silkworm Shop to anyone. Thank you so much. Hope you guys have a wonderful festive season.

I used to buy insects for my Schismaderma carens (toads) from them. Really good service. The insects were so good the toads now live freely in the garden permanently, only leaving for mating season and returning after.

I have used silkwormshop a few times now and everytime I have received amazing service. The pricing is good and the delivery is great. The crickets and mealworms I've ordered is great quality (you dont receive them with half of the stock dead) Keep up the great work 👍

Excellent experience with Silkworm Shop! Smooth ordering, quick delivery, and top-notch quality. You can tell they take pride in their work. Would definitely shop here again.

I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the incredible fast delivery of my order. I have always been a customer of silkworm and never had any issues with ordering any accessories or even live products for my reptiles. I’m so appreciative and impressed that my order was placed on the 11/12 and delivered on the 12/12. Thank you silkworm team

First time ordering from Silkworm. The service was exceptional there was a hiccup with the courier company but they sorted it out very quickly. Pricing is very good and they keep you up to date every step of the way. Thank you Silkworm

It was refreshing experience. I felt heard and as if my business matters. Kevin listened, guided and delivered in his promise. I was kept informed through the whole process and even afterwards. The service is exceptional & I will return as a customer.
