The Million Hairs Club Dog Grooming

Before and after pictures that will show the awful job that the staff did to my beautiful little yorkies, absolutely shocking and so upsetting! They came on Wednesday and did the job incorrectly even after I showed pics of what I wanted and then no apology from the owner when setting up a date to come fix them. She just replies saying crazy busy they can come Friday. No apology and no double checking on what to do and fix, I sent pics and highlighted what I wanted fixed and sent my helper to show them as well but yet still a total mess! They come on Friday and again don't listen or look at pictures they just butcher them, cutting my little boys lower face skew and taking all the hair off the little one when I said to just take a little bit more off. Still no reply or apology to my e-mail from the owner since Saturday morning. When I changed groomers I did so for similar reasons telling the owner what upsets me and how fussy I am, she assured me it would never happen with them! Totally disgusted! Response to owner: My domestic had the same pics as you so not sure how confusing that can be, she also told me the guys keep changing - another thing you said would not happen. Also how is cutting Harry's hair skew and leaving a piece at the bottom due to confuson? It is due to shoddy work, plain and simple. Apology not accepted, just admit you are in the wrong and your guys made a huge mistake here. Perhaps this will assist future clients, I will 100% never use your services again!

Great service from the crew! Our dogs were in for a superb treat. The crew arrived on time and they were pros; very gentle and patient with our two doggos. It was sweet watching how our one dog was enjoying the pampering. He is double-coated and literally has a million hairs on his thick coat. He walked out of the van looking 👌🏾 These guys understand dogs. We have since booked grooming sessions for the next two months. Thank you so much The Million Hairs Club! So happy to have found you. 💕

Thank you, Boycy and Effort! Bella looks and feels fabulous! Bella is a rescue girl, and this was her very first groom. Boycy and Effort were very gentle with her and spoke to her all the time! She loved her groom today and will be so excited for her next one! Thank you, Million Hairs Dog Club, for being superstars! Highly recommended!

So happy I have found Million Hairs! They are wonderful, from Nick's prompt and friendly service, to Edward and Sonnyboy's excellent grooming skills. They were gentle and friendly to my Scottie, Oreo, putting him and me at ease. You can see they have a genuine affection for animals. Very happy to recommend this lovely company.

Million Hairs Club staff were fantastic with my little rescue boy. I've only had him a few weeks and was concerned about how he'd react to being handled by virtual strangers. However, all was good and he responded really well to them. The service I received from Nic on response to my initial enquiry, all her follow up and prompt response to my questions as well as the follow through right until my boy, Teddy, received his grooming was indeed impressive in a country where service mostly leaves a great deal to be desired! Thankyou Million Hairs........I HIGHLY recommend you and I shall be back!!!

A wonderful, kind team. The customer service has been absolutely excellent and our 3 dogs look gorgeous! They loved the team so much that they hopped back in while the others were being groomed. Thanks guys 🙏🙏🙏

We had a lovely experience with Million Hairs Club. Nick was absolutely lovely and gave me a call to discuss the process and my concerns regarding my rescue dogs and potential anxiety our pups may feel in the van. The staff were lovely, very efficient and professional. And the dogs were happy which is most important. We were chuffed with the cute bandanas that the dogs came out with. Definitely worth the price as they do nails and tick and flea dipping included in the wash brush and dry. Highly recommend:)
