The Floor Team Are On The Ball, Excellent Service And Very Helpful...ThanX Mica
Everytime I visit this store I tell myself this is the last time, but from today onwards I will never again support these peiple in any form. I looked at buying those plastic "hakkies" when hanging picture frames - over R50 for a packet with about 7 in - exact same is R15.99 at Spar! Then decided to go for the nails with the little plastic cap - R48.99 for 15 and when I paid at the till price shot to R80 per pack. I got a little upset and the chasier got cheecky and the manager can't get any more deaf! Not the first time this has happened. This time at least I got a friendly young man to assist me inside the store, also a rare occurance as normally the staff is more focused on anything except customer service. I would normally refrain from giving negative comment as there is always a bad day somewhere in a business, but if you have had multiple bad experiances, people should know what to expect.
Please advise what time one must go to Mica to actually get service. Staff chatting the whole time and couldn't care less if one needed help. Had walked up and down trying to find someone to assist me. Very bad customer service. Is that not the point of a manager on duty to manage the staff and make sure staff is working and assisting customers.
All ways wiling to help always there with good advice From the staff on the floor to the cashiers Need advice ask for mr Willie
Was very nice, got helped by a very friendly helpful assistant ☺️
Excellent service & helpful staff. Wide variety of products & great pricing. Recently opened store that seems to be doing very well with great management and a passionate hands on owner. To me this speaks volumes & deserves all the support. I would definitely recommend a visit to see for yourself..
