What an amazing experience our two dogs received! They were pampered to a Blowout/De shedding & HC. They were collected by Ruan who the dogs loved instantly! When they arrived home they thought they were going back with Ruan. They arrived home with bows in their hair and just wanted to pose for pictures 😂😂😂 Thank you for being available on such short notice , thank you for being kind and loving to our furry kids and most of all making them feel safe ! We will definitely use your services again!

I am very disappointed in the team... Took my boerboel male puppy there for classes. First time in my life. It went well and my child loved the playtime with other children. He fell ill and I called in to say that we will not make it to the last Sunday class. They did not even worry or care to say that we must come for our certificate when he is better. He passed away due to disco mono...... 1 in a million and it was my child. They did not even send a message with their condolences or follow up to check if he is ok or when we will come fetch our certificate, but they were quick to remind us to pay for the next course. the lady trainer is very friendly, but they seem to forget that these are like children to some of us. My dog urinated on himself he was so scared the first time and i was forced to stand back. The one instructor made comments like : It is because he is pampering the dog too much... So what ??? It is my child and I am the one raising the child not them. Anyway, I will be looking for more professional trainers next time......

Honestly the best Dog Groomer that I have come across. Armand has done an amazing job with both of my Chows. Even my older Chow, who has not let anyone touch or groom him without a Vet assisting in the last 2 years, was absolutely happy. Thank you Armand for making our doggies so beautiful and happy! You are a true dog whisperer.

Asked Armand for a visit for some help with our Jack Russell, Buddy. He gave us clear, concise and helpful advice on general behaviour for our dog, effective walking and some exercises to do with him to improve some unwanted behaviours. He recommended we do the junior class course with Madhu which we been awesome! She conducts the classes really well and to the point. The classes also help Buddy to socialize with other dogs and desensitize him more to other dogs and environments. Doing the course helps a person take training more seriously. The advice is really effective and once you start practicing and putting it in place you can really start to see some great improvement. I’m so glad my husband and I took the time to participate in the course and are looking forward to the intermediate course! Would 100% recommend!

The best groomers I've ever taken my pom and his double coat to. His coat is high maintenance but literally in 45minutes he's done and looking beautiful. Thanks guys

This doggie trainer and wash house comes highly recommended. I always enjoy taking our little sausage to them as the staff is friendly, my dog enjoys it and even the kids get to watch. They have many services on offer check them out you won't be disappointed!!!
