PetPort were exceptional in keeping us updated every step of the journey of our 2 dogs from Durban to London via Switzerland. We relocated our two dogs from Germany to South Africa and I could not have done it without Jamie's support. A lot of things went wrong on the German side regarding vaccinations, but Jamie always managed to make a plan to get the South African documents extended and most importantly she was just an absolute star in keeping me positive and calm. They ensured to get the dogs cleared as quickly as possible and kept us updated every step of the way, after our fur babies touched ground in SA.
