Colleen did such a great job to ensure safe and not too stressful relocation of my two furry babies from Durban, SA to Tashkent, Uzbekistan. And it's a long way! She prepared all the documentation, ensured their safe transportation and even "hosted" them for a couple of days while they were in Cape town for all the blood checks! Five stars! Colleen is absolutely amazing and I can not recommend her enough! If you need to transport your cats internationally, look no further. I would give 10 stars if I could. She helped us find the best travel options for the kittens, and also helped us easily navigate some hurdles which inevitably come up when moving animals internationally. She made the whole process seamless and communicated really well. We could sleep better knowing Colleen was looking after the kittens! Genuinely over the moon with the service we received from Pets Travel and in particular Colleen, in getting our precious new puppy from Pretoria to Cape Town.
