The customer service was lovely! Muttley really enjoyed his first time. He was able to also get his vaccinations and deworming done, and he looked so gorgeous in his red Christmas bow. Everything, from customer service to delivery and experience was 10/10. Highly recommended (and affordable prices as well)

Excellent service from Sheena and staff. Appointment procedure with Caroline was amazing, really friendly, efficient and prompt service, I felt like royalty. 😁. They definately have a passion for what they do. My dog absolutely loved the treatment(first time grooming experience of a rescue dog). Thank you só much!!

Went to Sheena's today, and what excellent service we received for our 2 Yorkies. We are extremely happy the way everything was handled, from dropping them off, work done and communication.
