Viennas Village luxury accommodation and daycare for small dogs

We take our dog everywhere with us, but on the rare occasions when we couldn’t and our family wasn’t available to look after him, we had to turn to dog boarding. Unfortunately, our experiences with the two biggest dog hotels in Cape Town were disastrous. The first one returned our dog covered in urine, starving, and dehydrated. The second one sent him home sick after just two days. After those experiences, I was reluctant to ever trust another boarding facility. Then we found this place, and it was the best decision we ever made. This dog hotel is absolutely amazing. It has a spacious yard with a shallow pool for the dogs to play in, and they provide daily updates with professional-quality action shots of your pup having fun. They also organize special events for occasions like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and even the dogs’ birthdays—complete with adorable photos and special treats. Every time our dog, Leo, has stayed here, he almost seems disappointed to come back home! Jayne and her exceptional team have truly curated the perfect environment for dogs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our furry family member.

I booked our dog Bertie into Vienna's Village for 2 weeks at the start of June 25 and we were very nervous about leaving our precious fur-kid in a boarding kennel for so long and because we have never used the kennel before. But I'm happy to say Bertie looked, in every picture sent to us, and there were many, very happy. On the day we fetched Bertie, he still had his delightful and mischievous twinkle in his eye and his tail still wagged with joy. He was relaxed and looked like a dog well cared for. One particular staff member stood out (I am sorry I didn't get his name) who warmly called out as we were leaving "Bye Bertie!" This small gesture of friendliness towards our Bertie showed his genuine love for dogs - exactly the kind of man I want around my dog. I need to mention that the premises are spotless, and all the other 4-legged guests running around looked happy and full of joy. I highly recommend Vienna's Village as your boarding kennel of choice for your small fur-baby if you want complete peace of mind when you're away. The quality of care is exceptional. Vienna’s Village has been an absolute gem for our pup! She always comes home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Jayne and her team provide a safe, loving, and professional environment, and the thoughtful updates and photos make us feel completely at ease. Knowing she’s in such capable hands gives us total peace of mind.

What a very special doggie day care, our fur kids loved every minute, at the end of the day they were totally exhausted from all the fun and exercise. It's really beautiful. With a large outdoor play area, a ChillOut zone which is there lounge, with a fire place and comfy chairs and blankets. It was clean, with a beautiful garden, little day beds for the pooches to lay on under the trees, a lovely walk in wading pool, to cool down on a hot day. Everything was fantastic, the owner is lovely. She is super friendly and so accommodating. Throughout the day we received photos and an update on our fur kids, just to put our minds at ease.

A wonderful doggy hotel for small dogs - with so much attention to detail and love and care. They share pics on their social media and updates on WhatsApp, so you can see your doggo is safe and having a ball the whole time. Love it, will definitely recommend to everyone and worth the drive from Cape Town.

Amazing place for a dog vacation. So well taken care of that humans will envy their care and individual attention! Definitely a 5 star stay. They even very thoughtfully provided a pool for our dog to cool off in the summertime.

Adorable day care and overnight care accommodation for dogs. The owner/manager puts in so much effort to make sure your pup is safe and happy in your absence. Dogs are monitored 24/7 by her personally and even lulled to sleep by classical music at night. They sleep in little 4 poster beds and are treated so well.
