I was nervous leaving my fur baby at Doggie Den being a first time parent but none the less I would highly recommend!! Thank you to Vanessa and the team for providing undivided love and care. ❤️🐶
Vanessa, who runs the Doggie Day Care is simply the most extraordinary human ever. Her love and compassion for dogs is quite amazing and the dogs have a ball! I will forever be grateful for the new edition to our home: a puppy with the heart of a lion!
Our little pup, lily, has been going to Doggie Den for over 6 months now. We are extremely happy with Doggie Den. Lily started off going three days a week, and now goes five days a week. We receive a number of videos every single day showing the grounds, where the dogs are playing etc. Vanessa goes out of her way for all the dogs and is a phone call away. I would highly recommend Doggie Den to anyone looking for a safe and fun place for your dog. Lily comes home happy and tired every single day.
Vanessa and her team have been the most caring, attentive, and wonderful daycare parents for my very rambunctious boy. I love seeing the videos of him playing with the other dogs and puppies, and he is always exhausted but very happy when he comes home after his daycare days. Thank you to Vanessa and the Doggie Den Team for your love and care towards my sweet boy and all his friends!
I cannot agree less with Dyane (whomever she might be). My puppy used to go to Doggie Den (finances are the only reason I had to stop taking her) and she was treated like gold. She is a tiny pomeranian, was never left unsupervised outside and most definitely never exposed to the bigger dogs. We get numerous videos through out the day and I can tell you, all we ever see is happy dogs playing and never ever did I see any poo lying around. If ever I need to go out of town for more than 2 days I will leave her with Doggie Den. She even sleeps in the bed with the owner. If you are looking for a safe and caring environment to leave your precious fur baby/babies, you can do so with ease. He/she will be cared for beyond measure.
I also can't agree less with Dyane My little one has been going to Vanessa's day care for over a year now and he gets very excited when he goes to sees his friends. It is due to finances as well that he only goes once a week. We get daily video updates of how all the furbabies are getting along with each other. Vanessa doesn't keep any power breed dogs at the day care it is only small to medium sized dogs. She loves and cares for all the furbabies.
Edit: The reply from the owner is untruthful - I have been to her venue and I can prove it, she even sent me a photo via WhatsApp of my dog that climbed the scew growing tree by the sliding door area that has no grass; also the dogs she was fostering were 3 Sausage dogs for a mature lady, the owner of the day care was still telling me what a poor pet owner the lady is because the dogs' were over weight, their teeth were in poor condition and needed cleaning. I would give 0 stars if I could, stay very far away, I am sure the good reviews are fake. I went to have a look at this place for my dog and this place is filthy, inside and outside; filthy beds and blankets and poop lying everywhere like it has not been picked up for several days, dogs lying around in the poop. The dogs are constantly getting in fights and the owner does not interfere or separate aggressive dogs from the other dogs. Big dogs trampling little puppies, it is chaotic and there is a complete lack of control over the dogs. I also saw the owner hitting dogs including a senior dog the owner was fostering that was blind and had lost all her teeth. With all of the above I am not surprised that the SPCA is often called on this woman (the owner share this information with me) this is a major red flag. My dog is a friendly dog but did not like the owner at all and did not want the owner to touch her or to come near her and the owner would not respect my dog's boundaries, which told me all I needed to know abour her, if my dog doesn't trust her then I don't trust her. After talking to the owner and asking some questions I realised she doesn't have much knowledge about dogs, their behaviour or their care, there should be a laws against people opening a Dog Day Care if they have not received the proper training and don't have animal behaviour qualifications.
