As Nature Intended: Give a Dog a Bone & Cat of the Day

Such a lovely shop! If you are looking for raw food for your dog or cat, this is definitely a place you need to have a look at. They also have some lovely treat options, a few toys and collars for sale, and even some shampoo and conditioner options. They are also willing to work with you to see what type of food is best suited for your dog, especially if they have special needs like allergies etc. The shop is easy to find, you can park right outside as it is on a quieter street in Muizenberg, and the staff are very friendly and eager to make sure you get what you need. I’ll definitely be back to get some more spoils for my doggy.

Exceptional Natural Pet Care – Highly Recommend As Nature Intended I’ve had a wonderful experience with As Nature Intended. Their focus on natural ingredients, ethical sourcing, and species-appropriate nutrition gives real peace of mind. The team is passionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which makes such a difference. If you’re looking for high-quality natural pet products in South Africa, especially for dogs and cats, As Nature Intended is absolutely worth supporting. I highly recommend them to any pet owner who wants to give their animals the best, the way nature intended.

Friendly and engaging staff. Especially Chelsea, who recommended that we take our newly adopted kittens to be dewormed, etc. And most importantly she guided us to the best eating plan for our kittens whose weight was so different even through they were from the same litter.

Great product, chicken and turkey. The individual packaging makes is easy to serve per meal. Very consistent meal combination, cats always happy. Delivery service is great, punctual and professional

My dog Pablo has been on a raw food diet all his life and for the past seven years I have been getting his food from As Nature Intended. His favourites are Beef Tripe, Chicken and Ostrich and Venison. He thrives on his diet and his healthy coat reflects the goodness he receives. I also believe that his beautiful nature can be attributed in part to his diet. His mother is a White Swiss Shepherd and father a Border Collie.

Never any issues with orders or deliveries. Very friendly staff and the dogs love their food. Our Vet recommended it and they have been on this since they were puppies

The only raw food in Cape Town my cats like, and their ingredients are amazing made specifically for the cats diets
