Blue Cross Milner Road Vet Clinic

Had the most amazing experience - from booking our appointment with Daniel to meeting Dr Dave (who was the locum vet). Our Dashie was booked in for a dental and Dr Dave made us feel confident and comforted when we dropped our Dash off at 8.30am. I have not met another vet I felt more comfortable with since Dr Len Bracher retired from his practice. We just loved your manner Dr Dave. Come back soon!

What wonderful staff. The receptionist is an angel. The attention and care she showed our little rescue Vlooi was beyond belief. And she offered snacks to each little animal who entered and exited the room. At our 2nd visit a few days later we had him euthenized. She offered him a final snack and stayed by our side offering sincere love and condolences. These people are hard to come by. Her sincerety will stay with us forever. Thank you and apologies for not remembering your name.

My fur babies are always in good hands when they here

Natalie the receptionist is very patient and helpful and the doc is gente and thorough 👌

Best Vet Ever!! Been taking our pets here for years. Dr Bernhardi is excellent, he operated on my cat the same evening we brought him in and saved my cat’s life, and kept us updated every step of the way. He is a great doctor and very compassionate and sweet. Thanks for a great experience x

My booking ended up not being with this specific Vet, one of the other Blue Cross Vets took my appointment. I ended up at Blue Cross Milner Road. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful and understanding. They squeezed me in just before closing time and did not let me leave until I was helped. I felt so grateful, as the little cat I took really needed help. Swiftly, they diagnosed my cat and helped her. She already looks much better! Thank you for your understanding and helpfulness.

Fantastic service !!!! Ally is an amazing nurse and really made feel that my cats are in good hands. And then the cherry on the cake is Dr Kerry Franz. Wow! She is so attentive and patient and thorough. If it wasn’t for her, we would have never found the correct course of medication for my baby. And she called me to check in on him. Thank you ladies. You have no idea what your patience and caring means to us, as a family.🐯🌸
