Glencairn Veterinary Clinic

We couldn't have had better care for our much-loved dog - from the reception team through to the vets, and Dr Day in particular. They all went the extra mile, were very thorough, explained everything clearly - and were very kind to a pair of rather traumatised owners! Two days later, Pepper is doing amazingly well. Thank you so, so much.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't thank everyone at Glencairn & Fish Hoek Veterinary Clinic enough for the care and compassion they showed during my beloved senior Rottie's treatment. From the moment I walked in, the entire team treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. They went above and beyond to ensure Sokie was comfortable and that I was informed every step of the way. Their dedication and expertise gave me peace of mind during a very difficult time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares. Thank you for everything RIP Sokie 🐾

I just had our new 11 month old Emmy neutered at the Glencairn Vetinary Clinic! Once more their care, professionalism, and efficiency surpassed all my expectations! It went like clockwork and the entire team contributed to my outstanding experience! We are very fortunate in the Deep South to have them nearby to care for our beloved animals! 💜🙏🏽🌈

Harvey has been here twice and both times he was seen to quickly and recovered well after treatment. I’d recommend Glencairn Vet!

A few months ago, we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Kaios, and Glencairn Vet was there to guide us through this difficult time. The staff and vets were incredibly supportive and understanding, treating both Kaios and us with the utmost care and compassion. They provided a private space for us to process and grieve, and clearly explained all the options available, helping us come to terms with the situation. Despite the sadness of the circumstances, the experience was as smooth and comforting as it could have been, thanks to their exceptional professionalism and genuine care. It’s clear that everyone at Glencairn Vet truly cares about the animals and families they work with. I am deeply grateful for their kindness and the dignity they afforded Kaios in his final moments. This is a team you can trust during even the most challenging times.

I have to give a special shout out to the ladies at the reception, very kind to everyone that comes through the door, friendly and warm. It was my first time at this clinic and I am happy to say they will be the only clinic my little one will be going to from now on. Thank you all for treating me and my Odie with kindness. Keep up the good work!

All the staff, from reception to the nurses and doctors are all very friendly, professional and clearly love animals. I was kept up to date with my pet's progress and little extras were done, like while my lab was under, having his teeth cleaned his nails were cut as well. Dr Martin phoned me to discuss health issues and also took my calls to answer my questions. Update: 3 Years later and my darling Sucre passed away due to pneumonia; he was an old guy already. 😢Our hearts are broken, but receiving this card in the post helps to put a plaster on the pain. Thank you ❤️ RIP my beautiful boy…
