Paw Paradise Vet Shop & Parlour

Incredibly disappointed with the service we received from the onset. We dropped our two babies off and they were terrified. The lady working at the bag proceeded to slam the metal cage gate repeatedly in our dogs faces because it wouldn't close. We eventually asked to move them to a cage that worked. At that point our dogs were beyond petrified. We dropped them off just after 9 am and only got a call to fetch h them after 1 ( this is now almost 4 hours - we were told max 2 hours). Our dogs were without water or a place to go to the toilet Our two babies came back completely botched. Both cuts are incredibly uneven, with large patches of hair all over their bodies They're covered in cuts and you can see the sheer marks. There's red almost raw areas behind their ears and stomachs. We've taken our babies to different parlors and never had this. We won't be returning or recommending

I have been supporting this Vet shop/palour for almost 4 years and won't go anywhere else! Owner and staff are extremely efficient and helpful. Prices are also good. The all round service I get is brilliant

Just opened. Craig and his team have taken phenomenal care of my four-legged bestie, both his coat and smell! Definitely worth the recommendation.

Do not ever take your dog to this place , they never listen to instructions and my dog came back from the parlour bleeding !

I was really impressed with the way they handled my very nervous dog (Yorkie/Daschound mix). My dog seemed very relaxed and happy when I went to fetch her. Even her ears where standing up! Unfortunately my dog took out the ribbon before I could take a photo, but the cut and wash was very well done. The ribbon was the cherry on the cake!

Teddy looks absolutely beautiful. His cut & wash was done with alot of patience & care! I am so impressed!
