Southfield Veterinary Clinic

I have been taking my cats to this clinic for about a year and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly, the empathy for customers is evident, and the vet is highly knowledgeable. My overall experience has been amazing. Their prices are very reasonable and, for the level of service received, I will continue going to Southfield Veterinary Clinic. There was one instance where I called to make an appointment because I was concerned about my cat who had just given birth. They were so reassuring and gave me advice over the phone, even though the vet was about to go on leave. They could have dismissed me, but they still assisted me — and I left that call with more answers than I had after visiting another veterinary clinic. They truly care about the wellbeing of your animals, and that, to me, is top-class service. It is not about the money. They never make you panic and always put your mind at ease. Other places will have you spending money unnecessarily — keeping pets overnight or recommending unneeded treatments. This clinic focuses on the issue at hand and makes an accurate diagnosis, because most of the time it is not as serious as we as pet owners fear. I will always recommend Southfield Veterinary Clinic.

Awesome experience, very friendly and knowledgeable, vet, I've been to a few animal clinics with my dog and finally settled here as her go to vet, real warm hearted animal lovers

Kind and caring Doctor took care of my itchy doggo today. Also gave amazing advice on getting the right treatment going forward and encouragement. Lovely reception nurse squeezed me in on the day of calling, much to my dogs relief. Highly recommended. 10 stars required.

Would definitely recommend this practice! Each experience we have had with them has been easy. The receptionist is very organised, warm and welcoming. The doctor is knowledgeable, calming and genuinely caring - which is perfect for nervous doggies. And besides all this, their prices are the best in the area - they definitely don't overcharge but their level of service is still superior!

Excellent service from the first word. Carol at reception is pleasant & efficient. Dr Cathro is thorough, kind, gentle with our pets, & always shares good advice. Could not be happier with them as our go-to vet clinic!

They are amazing. It's always stressful when you take your pets to the vet. I am happy to bring my pets here, they get the best care. (Even if the patient I brought was cranky) Keep up the good work.

This is an amazing place to bring your pets. A warm welcome and a kind person on the other side of the counter. Also great interaction from the Vet herself. My first time taking my cat and dog for shots and with out a doubt i felt like staying and chatting more. Amazing!!!
