The Abraham’s family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude in taking care of Our Jack Russel Cody. We appreciate the call to let us come and see him and giving us the opportunity to say goodbye. We are so thankful that everyone did their utmost to help Cody . This morning 26/12/25 we had to let our boy go.
Our dog died this morning and we brought her body to the Bridgetown branch. The staff treated us with such humility and compassion during this difficult time. They assisted us with lifting her out of the car and let us say goodbye in our own time. Thank so much team. You are truly angels.
Reception staff are always courteous and understanding of a client's needs. Veterinary staff always committed to the task at hand and do their best to achieve desired results. Highly recommend this facility for professional care
I took my 7 month old kitten for vaccination and essential treatments and was told that they cannot assist if the kitten is not spayed. So what animal treatment centre is this that does not assist with your pets. Really really really bad place to go, will not recommend because they just want to pull money out of people.
My cat is a 15 year old domestic shorthair and went in for a UTI, came out with blood all over his front leg after his blood tests. The male doctor was extremely rough with him, pulling on the scruff on his neck after being told multiple times not to. My cat was traumatized! Would not recommend this vet if you want your elderly pets to be treated with respect.
A very clean and hospitalable location to take your pet to. The location has a strong dog odor when entering the main lobby which is natural however may upset your dog or cat. Incredibly friendly staff which puts your mind at ease that your pet will be properly handled.
Service was never this bad. They were the only vet i took my current and previous dogs to. but today , after 5yrs of being a loyal customer; they refused to help me with my sick dog just because I was at a private vet prior as my dog got sick during after hours and I had no choice but to take him to a private 24hr vet. Clearly do not care about customers and even had an attitude informing me that without a referal letter they cannot help me... what garbage is that? I came with a invoice with everything on that they gave him. But still it was not accepted. How the hell can you refuse to help a sick animal?
