The Vet excellent, Our very own Dr Pol. The reception terrible. In the hotel industry the "Front of house", represents your business. From not answering the phone to not issuing the medication discussed with the Snr Vet. Very disappointing. This should be a 5 star 🌟 rating.
I would like to sincerely thank Dr Singh and his team at VetCare Animal Clinic for the incredible care and compassion they showed to my kitten. Dr Singh and his staff , particularly Nita,were absolutely brilliant – gentle, professional, and attentive throughout the process. It’s clear how much they truly care about the animals they treat. Having an ill pet can be a daunting experience especially when procedures can put one into unexpected ,exorbitant expense, however- pricing was excellent, making quality care so accessible. I am so grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who goes above and beyond. 🐾❤️
I had a terrible experience at Sherwood Vet. The receptionist gave my husband dog deworming tablets instead of the cat dewormer (Milpro) we requested for our kitten as advised by veterinary doctor. She even had my details wrong, listing me as another person entirely. We trusted the clinic, but the wrong medication was given to our kitten — and the tablets came with no label or instructions. This is completely unprofessional and unsafe. It seems like the reception staff are handling and advising on medication without proper supervision. I would not recommend Sherwood Vet to anyone who values professionalism or their pet’s safety.
Busy and wow expensive hope Coco gets better
Dr Singh one of the most caring and friendly vets in the whole of South Africa...he truly is devoted in his vocation and love of the pets unparalleled. Always willing to take time to discuss matters and really loves his job.I travel further to go to this location but will gladly do so as our pets get fantastic assistance and care and love.....
