They have all their staff packing shelves and only 2 tills open. The que to pay at the tills is very long and you wait for a very long time.

I went to buy a fridge and was going to use payJustNow. There was no queue at all but had to be at the till for more than 20 minutes until I left without payment. They needed my identity document and I did not have it on hand because I use my phone to pay. Zweli tried to explain that they need to confirm if it’s really my account. I had no problem with that, the problem started when I asked him to continue with the process whilst waiting, the other till gentleman kept asking him to continue but Zweli spoke in another language to his colleague that he was given instruction not to start with anything. His colleague emphasised that he is thinking of the long wait we had to be standing there, Zweli repeatedly said "I’m waiting for the id and Molaetsi said I must not start with anything" this was again in another language, unfortunately for him I understood what he was telling the colleague. I asked how long the process would be and he said 5minutes, in that 5minutes he had not started with anything. Printing out of an id from an email does not take that long. The customer service is not a priority but loud music and dancing is. The staff involved must improve. What a disappointing service!

poor service. bought a washing machine only to find it is not working, i went to the store for help, they said they will log a call for someone to come and assist, its been 2weeks nothing, i went back to the store 3x already, same response and no help...ive called them x3 no response, i regret buying that item there, should have just went somewhere else, because now im stuck with a product i cannot use, ive spent money going back and forth to a shop that has no help 🙁

the service is very poor when you try calling them on the phone they never pick up and if they pick up and put you through to the wright deviation the line cut off about 10 times then i give up very poor service agian

Very awful service i received yesterday by one of your sales assistant (Moses Mhlanga) at Higjveld Mall.i was the first customer asking for help,the guy stood there chatting with his friends,laughing like nobody's business.i heard him say "she will wait". Im soo dissatisfied with the service and im returning the product now because of the disrespect i got from this guy.i cant keep a laptop that will remind me of how bad i got it like i was begging for it,while im the one who paid full price for it.

This service is the worst! They said they will definitely be able to deliver monday. Then got an sms stating they will deliver on the sunday. Waited the whole day, they didn't deliver. Phoned them monday morning for original scheduled appointment just to hear they are off and delivery wont happen. All this after I stated clearly that during the week I am working and there will be nobody home. They lied and made empty promises just to make a sale. Not acceptable! They phoned me on the 29th again and said the delivery will take place that day. Today is the 30th and still no delivery.
