My puppy's 2nd visit. Thank you for the super friendly and helpful greeting at the new reception. Dr Fiona is brilliant with nervous vibes. All round kind and gentle staff and a marvelous Doctor. Thank you for a pleasant Vet trip, we appreciate you ladies.

The reception lady is always friendly and Dr is amazing. They look after our fur kids with so much love. Will always take our fur kids to them.
Took in an injured bird for advice. Was met with, "we don't do birds". I just wanted to know how to take care of it. Was not asking for surgery. Receptionist went back to ask the vet when I persisted. Vet did not even come see what type of bird it was, but suggested purity or mousse. Doesn't the food differ according to the type of bird? Not that I'd know as I'm not a vet. That's why I asked for advice....but thanks anyway.
