Animal Anti-Cruelty League

This remarkable institution truly saved our fur baby’s life. Dr. Chetty was an absolute star—working tirelessly and with deep dedication to find the right diagnosis and ensure the best possible care for our very sick dog. Her ability to identify the ailment, combined with her warm, compassionate bedside manner, brought comfort and reassurance to our family during an incredibly difficult time. We are profoundly grateful for the life‑changing work they do, which is vital to our communities. Inspired by their impact, I will proudly be a donor going forward.

The AACL is the most amazing organization. Today they had the black Friday special and I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands. They were in credible in helping me to get my three dogs, vaccinated and dewormed. I appreciate all the help and I will always make a plan to give a good donation to this great organization the people there are amazing they are helpful and they truly love animals.

I would not recommend the animal anti cruelty league to no one I have been calling there since this morning. Spoke to Priscalla the receptionist about my 2 month old Pekinese his been sick for 3 days now. Prisicalla told me i am to late they can not assist me. I called back and spoke to Pam Nicholas i told her whats happening with my puppy she told me to take him to a private vet. If i could take him to a private vet i would not have contacted them. Pam told me i must bring him tomorrow morning at 7:30am i told her he wont survive till tomorrow he needs help now. Pan again insisted that i should then take him to a private vet again i said i dont have the cash. TI would not recommend them to any one Animal Anti Cruelty League is supposed to attend to sick animals in danger according to Pam and Pricilla its not how it works if i want help i should be at the clinic at 7:30am then they will assist. Not good service at all.

The doctors are good and very caring. The reception was warm and welcoming. The place is clean and well maintained. All the staff from security to the inside staff were all helpfull and caring. Keep it up guy's.

Took our Min Yorkie to AAC in Rosettenville , Jhb, on Monday 1st December 2025. Totally happy with the waiting period, keeping in mind it's on a Monday, you should prepare yourself to wait a bit. excellent professional service from the time I entered their premises till I left, keep it up Team.

Amazing service, both vet and reception staff were incredible friendly and professional. It really felt like they cared about how my dog was doing.

I took my cat with a urinary blockage. I currently can't afford veterinary care. They charged me R850 & I got sent home without any assistance because I couldn't make a plan for the money. I thought they were supposed to help when a person has nowhere to turn... 😭☹️
