West Pack Pet Zone Columbine

Absolutely horrible place to shop. Besides not having stock most of the time, you'll be waiting a minimum of 10 minutes to be helped by the till, thats if you don't give up hope and leave before then. I never see anyone around, and when I do, it's the manager that will look at you, ignore you, and return to the office. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I really would. Not the way to run a place at all.

The only place I get my dog food from. Change that 5 star to 1. Went this evening to go buy dogfood. Staff didn't greet or bother assisting me get dogfood down with the ladder. I myself had to climb ontop of bags of dogfood to get the Monty and Me While staff looked on and laughed and talked amongst themselves. Another lady came in and they immediately went to assist her while me and my wife are standing there waiting for assistance. I will no longer go to that branch.

Very big store with friendly staff. We bought our little baby a bed and the quality is amazing he just loves it

shocking store. Never have stock & staff are unhelpful. can't complain about the service because there isn't service.

Lovelace love stay ,lovely browsing ,thanks Nick, thanks Slim Shady Mr odendaal thanks guys for making me feel at home and tanks for always treating me as a VVip😝 tanks to every at this internet zone guyz here are so marvellous

Worst run petzone. Always full of excuses as to why they do not have stock, manager not even on duty and staff blames her for not ordering correct amounts. Poor service

Staff are clueless about most pet products in-store. Management needs to train the staff properly.
