As a new feline/ pet owner I found the shopping experience delightful. Great communication between management and staff. Advice and guidance always offered and so helpful! I won’t be going to any other pet shop now.
Very bad service. Was looking for Wuma dog food as advertised. They never have stock or any explanation as to why. Amanda just shrugged her shoulders. Did not give a damn.
Very nice place to buy your dog food and my dogs love the soft chanks I bought there, and very friendly people and helpful people work there, and the dog foods prices is good there.
What a waste of my time going to this store.....no Montego dog food. Used to always come to this store to purchase my dog food. Store is empty. Poor management. Never again.
Update your website trading hours ( travelled to you because your open time says 7h30 your store opens at 9am
Don't waste your time and fuel going here. This Petzone does not stock any pet food anymore. For the last 2-3 months the don't have any Montego products at all.
Store appears to be shut down. Shelves empty, doors locked
