Allens Nek Veterinary Hospital

Very pleased with this vet!! We’ve taken our new kitten to Alensnek Veterinary Hospital twice already for his injections, and we’ll definitely be back next month for his neutering. From the very first visit, the staff were friendly, gentle, and incredibly professional. I literally drive past three other vets from Randburg just to come here and it’s 100% worth it. You can truly see the love and care they have for animals in the way they handle them and how they speak to you as an owner. They made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions, and treated our kitten like he was their own. Highly recommend Alensnek Vet to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy veterinary practice.

What an absolute pleasure taking our female pug here to have her spayed. They were very professional and super gentle with her. She is recovering perfectly after the op. With so many Vets taking advantage of us pet lovers, it is extremely refreshing to deal with a Vet that offered us an honest service at a fair price. The Vet that assisted us was Roelof and he is very caring and did a fantastic job.

These vets, Drs Roelof and Tina, as well as their receptionists are awesome, Dr Roelof has been treating our Muffin with such tenderness and he comforted me when I was in tears. I posted on our power and water group how grateful I was about the sedative tablets for my doggie Dr Roelof gave me for the fireworks on 31st December. An elderly lady from the group contacted me re what I said about Alansnek vets. She had a severely injured dog but due to her own injured hand, couldn't take her dog there on 1st January, public holiday. Dr Tina arranged to bring her and her doggie at 5pm to the surgery. Unfortunately her doggie had to be put down. How many vets would go above and beyond like this??? I would give them 100 stars, my eternal gratitude for their wisdom and humane, empathetic way with our beloved pets and their owners!

My favorite vet! My kitten always felt better after leaving , the vets are sooo friendly and helpful. They also have really good specials on their pet food. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Five stars always!

5/5 stars! Excellent service, last week Thursday my cat went in at 07:00 for neutering and was out in about 2 hours the team was professional and caring. Highly recommend!

I used to find comfort in taking our fur babies here, but unfortunately that ship has sailed. It feels like money comes first, insults second, and genuine care last. I’ve decided to return to our previous vet—even if it means traveling further—because I would rather do that than let these people lay a hand on any of our fur babies again.
