Roodekruin Veterinary Clinic

This place super clean, friendly reception, excellent service, very compassionate toward owners and pets. Met new lady vet today and very impressed with her handling my pet and took time doing thorough check to what was wrong with my dog. Definitely recommend this clinic Rita Peterson

Wonderful service, I was immediately assisted and my beloved fourlegged furbaby was immediately seen to and assisted. All paperwork was completed afterwards - which is a huge relief, knowing that my furbaby was immediately seen to and that paperwork is not more important than the emergency at hand. Service was amazing from when we arrived until our baby was discharged.

Saying goodbye to our beloved dog Wallace was one of the hardest moments of my life, but I am deeply grateful to the team at Roodekruin clinic for the care, compassion, and dignity they showed throughout the process. From the moment we arrived, they treated Wallace with such kindness and respect, ensuring he was comfortable and calm. They explained everything gently, gave me time to say my goodbyes, and handled the procedure with the utmost humanity. It brought me comfort to know he was in such caring hands in his final moments. Even lighting a candle was so thoughtful. Thank you for helping Wallace pass peacefully and with love.

What an amazing vet, very companionate with a true care for the animals and were willing to go over and above to help us save our dog

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion provided by the team at Roodekruin Veterinary Clinic. My beloved dog was battling kidney failure, and during this challenging period, the staff went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a genuine sense of empathy and understanding. The veterinarians and support staff were not only highly knowledgeable but also displayed a level of compassion that truly made a difference in our difficult journey. As our dog's health declined, the team at Roodekruin Veterinary Clinic continued to provide unwavering support. They communicated openly and honestly about her condition, offering guidance and reassurance every step of the way. The genuine care and concern for both our pet and our family were evident in every interaction. After our beloved dog passed away, Roodekruin Veterinary Clinic extended their thoughtful services by offering cremation options. We chose to have our furry friend transformed into a beautiful Pandora charm, a keepsake that allows us to carry her memory with us always. The attention to detail and the heartfelt manner in which they handled this process added an extra layer of comfort during a painful time. I highly recommend Roodekruin Veterinary Clinic to anyone seeking not only professional veterinary care but also a team that understands the emotional bond between pets and their owners. Their commitment to providing compassionate and personalised service sets them apart, making them a true partner in pet care. Thank you, Roodekruin Veterinary Clinic, for going above and beyond in taking care of our beloved companion.

After 14 years of coming to Roodekruin, I have now had to see an alternative Vet. The service is appalling- my dog of 11 years lost on the system, we led now to muzzle my German shepherd, no care, just pushing money, definitely feel like a number and no customer service at all. Sad but true.

Very professional and work very gentle with your child. Keep up the good work.
