Cradle Vet Bird and Animal Hospital

Incredible and caring veterinarians, who genuinely care more about your pet’s wellbeing than anything else. Our dogs absolutely adore the doctors here, which says everything. They treat every animal like their own, and they’re always available when you need advice, support, or care. The kindness, compassion, and attention they give are truly outstanding. Their pricing is also very reasonable for the level of service you receive. I’d highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone who wants their pets to feel safe, happy, and well cared for at every visit.

Took our 2.5 year old miniature dashound in because he swallowed pieces of his blanket. This had to be surgically removed, I was not informed that they didn't provide 24 hour care after the op, prior to it being done. Got called at 10 yesterday morning informing me that our beloved dog passed away. This could have been anywhere from 5 (when they closed) till 10 the next morning (when they open) a full 17 hours without any oversight after massive surgery. I can only imagine what he must have been going through during the night in his final moments. I am of the opinion that had there been proper post op care and someone to monitor the dog the outcome might have been different. Please consider alternatives with better post op facilities and care.

Thank you and especially Dr Jaco. You helped Brandy when she needed you the most. I am humbled at your kindness.

Dr Marli Van der Bank is one of the best vets. She has the kindest heart, always goes the extra mile. Our baby Pedro was saved because of her. No vet will ever compare to her.

What an awesome bunch of people. We took our Indian Ringneck to them on Sunday. We were greeted with wide open arms and so much love and care from just the receptionist. We then met Dr. Storm which was phenomenal. She really showed so much love and care towards our bird that she had just met. She was so gentle with him throughout the whole examination. She gave me comprehensive dialy updates on him while he stayed in the hospital. We went back on Tuesday to visit him and we then met Dr. Gavin. What a friendly and awesome doctor. Explaining everything they have done and giving us a clear understanding of what the next step would be. We were the surprised to hear that we could take him home so that he could recover further. And to top it all off, they are very affordable if you compare them with other vets in the area. We (me and my wife) cannot thank you enough for taking care of our oldman. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You will definitely be our No.1 vet for our feathered babies.

Such amazing and caring doctors and staff. Got both my bunnies neutered/ spayed, and both times we had such an amazing experience. Definitely recommend them
