Customer Reviews
Florida Hills Veterinary Clinic has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on over 124 reviews on Google
We had a very disappointing experience with this vet. Our dog had just eaten part of an ant trap, and since it was a Saturday afternoon, this was the only nearby vet listed as open. When we arrived, the receptionist opened the door only slightly, as though she didn’t want to engage with us. We explained what had happened and that the emergency vet only opened at 7 p.m. We weren’t expecting to be seen immediately — we simply wanted advice on what to do or where to go for help. However, the receptionist told us the vet was fully booked and refused to even let the vet know it was an emergency. She said the vet could not be disturbed, even for an emergency, and told us to "just use Google." We left feeling completely helpless and disappointed. We understand that appointments get busy, but a bit of compassion and basic guidance in an emergency situation would have made a world of difference. We will not be returning to this vet and would not recommend them based on this experience.
Dr Zoe is the most compassionate vet I have ever encountered! She has been Zorba's vet for 17 years.
Called through and was told that they're unable to assist with spaying as it's a very small practice and older ladies are unable to deal with large breed dogs.
The best. I've been a customer for more than 30 years
Zoe has the best knowledge and expertise on cats. Her love for our fur children is incredible! Semonei's vet for life!
Dr Zoe is one of the kindest people I have met and her love for animals, especially cats is quite evident in her approach and treatment of her patients. If you are looking for good service and reasonable charges this is the place.
If you're looking for a cat expert who's compassionate and not looking to overcharge you then you've found the right place. The veterinarian is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to take all the time to explain all the intricate aspects of owning and taking care of your feline companion(s). I trust this vet fully and will be bringing my felines to her to the foreseeable future.
