Clicks Pharmacy Dobsonville

Hi, Disappointed with service received at Clicks Dobsonville from Zanele Ndlovu. I sent an email with prescription whilst my brother was waiting, 45 minutes later my brother was not assisted, received help after I call. Bad service from the lady, instead of apologising, she said what should I do then?

The manager i forgot his name but he is light in complexion tall he made me buy a wrong product he said it the same thing they only changed the packeging but he was lying i wasted my R200 bucks for something im not even gonna use. Are this products the same? Mxm

I had a terrible experience just now a guy with white uniform was rude to me for asking if they have the viva chack test strips what is he doing on the sales floor if he has attitude issues why not stay at the back sies im so disappointed with clicks

Poor service. Long line of queues. There are 8 counters but only 3 pharmacist are operating. It's been 30 minutes of wait for me now and looks like I am still going to wait

I always have terrible service at their pharmacy! Even today I emailed a script and asked they let me know when it’s ready, it’s like I was talking alone

I don't know what's wrong with most of the shops in dopsonville. Wen it is load shading you will not get anything. Large brands like clicks should have known by this time the country have a problem with load shading and load shading is hear to stay. They should have sorted its way of back up power by this time.

8am shop still not open, they came late in no hurry they laughing and taking their own time strolling to the store, while customers are waiting outside.. After opening they still took their time inside to open the store. Store manager Malefu Metseeme was asked wht time time does the store open she answered with an attitude saying u can see we not open so rudely for a whole manager..
