I"m writing these because i"m not happy with the service that i have experience from the pharmacy. i received an sms on 25.02.2026 said my script is ready, but when i reached there i had to wait 20 minutes for my number to be called ,and wait again 25 min at the counter for my order to be prepared, and wait again at the teller to pay my levi. So I dont see the necessity of the sms.please sort the staff out we are sick an tired

I went to Clicks on Wednesday, I reviewed the best service from Nikki and Kabelo V. They were so patient and kind 🥹

The slowest Clicks pharmacy I've ever been to. Service is utterly ridiculous. No sense of urgency or service from staff. And they made themselves the only clicks pharmacy where I can get repeats on my script without asking me.

Shop is clean staff members are friendly but you will queue the longest time.

Waited 40mins for my ticket to be called and when it finally was called, I was told that they out of stock for the meds I needed! So I basically qued for nothing, you guys really need to do better!!

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Veronica at your pharmacy today. I visited the pharmacy to collect my medication, but the experience was marred by poor customer service and a lack of empathy. When I approached Veronica's counter, she was distracted by a personal phone call about a car hijacking incident. Despite my presence, she continued to engage in the conversation, leaving me standing there waiting. When she finally attended to me but she requested that I fetch some medication from the floor myself in 2 occasions that time I am limping because I have a hip replacement . This lack of consideration and assistance was concerning. Furthermore, when I pointed out that one of my medications was missing, Veronica responded and said " ngiphe ichance tu angithi you gave me your list" I was shocked and I apologised . Her attitude was unprofessional, and I was taken aback by her behavior. To make matters worse, she scanned the wrong painkillers and only corrected the mistake after I brought it to her attention. Due to the poor service and attitude I received, I decided not to collect my repeat prescription. I've been a loyal customer of Clicks and appreciate the benefits of the Clicks Club Card. However, experiences like this make me question my loyalty. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and address the issues I've raised. I look forward to a more positive experience in the future like I always did in the past

The gentleman who served me did not look at me or greet me. I greeted him. He was not presentable with white skeeper that didn't even look clean, no tag name even.
