Shop clean and tidy, staff very friendly most medications and supplements are avaliable, I was also impressed when I called doing an enquiry the phone was answered quickly and I got assistance, keep it up maponya clicks Team

The service at this clicks has certainly declined. The pharmacy queue??? You only have two pharmacists on duty on a busy month end weekend - during flu season?? The pharmacist who helped me Sibongile was so rude maan. Not sure if she was tired or she’s like that. Do better clicks!

Worst service by the cashier named Refilwe Mokatsanyane, till number 7. 1st time buying a Nebulizer and Saline liquid, 1stly she didn't greet just asked if I wanted a plastic bag. I greeted and asked her if these go together, very abrupt & dismissive infront of her colleagues and manager Hope. Nobody said anything. She just went on to greet and chat to a customer who is far in the line. I walked out disappointed and feel embarrassed. Never ever am o going back to this Clicks. I see bad reviews already from other customers. I guess it's a norm to treat customers who are there to spend their money to the likes of refilwe can have a job

Firstly the thing that irritates me is the cleaner everyday at 8oclock she’s starting to clean isn’t she suppose to come early before the shop opens ?the floor is forever wet we have to round and wait as she waste time for us at large . Secondly the PI labels 🏷️ they never there I always have to ask for a price . And kindly teach the cashier Nomfundo customer service . You smile and ask if I want plastic she’s for ever moody and frustrated. I’m sure his or her manager has the same problem not a day comes she does her work with love very grumpy for the position given .I’m a daily customer hope this will come handy to improve . And 5star to Kamogelo for always giving a great service with a smile .keep it up

No one was around the counters as more patients were piling up. None of the workers at the clicks pharmacy explained why they disappeared for this long. I fail to understand why have less pharmacists on duty where as there's more patients waiting in longer ques. What action plan are you taking (Clicks Pharmacy Maponya) to mitigate this issue ?

Not happy with the clinic as I waited for over an hour on the 28/12/2024 and by then I have an appointment and no time was written on my appointment card and the sister assisted the lady who came after me. The sister was very slow not happy at all.

While there might be queues they go very quickly.
