I got an excellent service from Ngcobile Bhengu., the pharmacist The lady served me as if she was running her own business. She's got passion, dedication and patience with her patients. She even went an extra mile by calling my medical aid for authorisation. My medical aid didnt wanna pay for my medication that I was supposed to used after my eye surgery, but she stood her ground because she knew how significant was to get this medication after my eye surgery. I would recommend Ngcobile anytime to my family and friends and I must say, she put the name of Dischem Maponya Mall on the map. Well done Ngcobile and keep up the good work and you will be rewarded. Service is incredibly slow at the dispensary. Only two staff members working. It’s an inconvenience for someone who urgently needs the prescribed medication.

THE ONE AND ONLY REASON FOR THIS KIND OF ZERO RATING REVIEW IS THE THEIR SO-CALLED management AT BOTH THIS BRANCH AND THEIR HEAD OFFICE .THEIR LACK OF APPRECIATION AND LACK OF REGARD FOR POSITIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THE STAFF IS TO BE SEEN AS REASON FOR THIS REVIEW. ONE CAN NOT REVIEW/COMMENT POSITIVELY ABOUT THIS management WHEN IT DOES NOT EVEN SEEM TO BE EXISTING. Big thanks to the team here at the mall. They kept for me 4 packs of nappies that I was over 2 hours late to collect. Nombulelo at Customer Service was awesome, and jokingly had be gasping in anticipation 🤣 good vibes from members on the tills as well✨

It was my first time at this Dischem and I didn’t find everything I needed but one of the staff members came to assist me. There was quite a queue but it moved quickly as more cashiers came upfront.
