Excellent service even though busy on the 16th December there was a young lady who went all out to help me by going to the back to find tonic water for me as I thought it was finished unfortunately I didn't take her name. Take care of your staff.
Don't go there. They've got no sense of urgency at all. Even management/ supervisors were busy on their phones while there were only 2 tills open during peak lunch time. They show zero respect for people and zero respect for their jobs.
The staff need more training regarding customer services and they must stop talking about things which are not work related in front of customers especially by the till point and the must hire staff to pack for customers.
