Very poor service ,cashiers at the money market take their own time walking around and having conversations, they don't care to apologize for leaving customers standing for a long time at the tills. Not impressed at all
Is a great place to shop and get your essential groceries but if you are impatient person please don't go during the day but at least around 7 p.m. when it's not full because this place is loved by people and waiting in the line can be a problem. Overall I recommend it even the bakery food is awesome. ✅👌🏿
The customer service sucks, fridges smell like they haven't been cleaned in months it's disgusting
Customer service is BAD!!!!! The lines are long, not sure if they are short staffed or the staff is just slow. Been waiting on the line for over 30mins. So frustrating... you dont really enjoy your shopping here. Its just packed .....
The service at tills was good however items were stolen from my parcels at the parcel counter. Only realised when I got home which an hour away from the them
Please check your store baked cakes for expiry dates i just bought an expired chocolate cake from this shop and also price your cakes cos we dont know which one is fresh or old
Very small and usually gets packed where even movement is just congested but very convenient for better prices...
