I would give it even 10 stars, brought my baby for 10 weeks immunisation and we had the best experience. The place is so clean, and the staff is welcoming. Will definitely come back and recommend it to others as well. Keep up the great work

Great pharmacy very convenient you can buy water from them

The Lady that served me today did not help at all, I am very disappointed. There was a time I went there with a prescription and 1 of the items which I was prescribed was not fully covered by my medical aid and I explained to that Dispenser tha I didn’t have my card with and asked if I can have the prescription and go to clicks and she agreed and gave me what they had and gave me the script, if I remember well her name is Rirhandzu. Today I went to the same Pharmacy, my Doctor had prescribed 3 items on the script I was told only about one that was not covered by my medical aid, I understood that point and asked that I be given the script so that I can get that 1 item that was not covered later as I did not have my debit card with me. The Dispenser just gave me back my medical aid card and the script, didn’t give me the other two items that were on the script. I am not one to complain about service because I understand people go through the most during their day however I do not think she would have liked the kind of service that she gave me today.😏🚮

I buy my prepaid water here. Unlike some spaza shops were water is sold here you won't have your tag defaulting to someone's details. So highly recommend

Can you take the staff for Batho Pele workshop the ladies are not friendly at all and to think we have a lot of pharmacies around Protea glen but we choose to drive all the way to Glen Health Pharmacy to be disappointed with staff it's not good
